Quel bloc ? La langue française a perdu son rôle de langue véhiculaire
au cours du XXe siècle. Tous les pays ex-francophones se tournent vers
l'anglais. Le français subit lui-même l'influence prépondérante de
l'anglais. Il est voué à devenir une langue mineure dont l'avenir est
incertain.
