I'm agreeing with you that millions, and maybe even billions of innocent people are being violated by CSAM scanning by Apple, Google & Facebook. Apple is harming us less than Google & Facebook, but harm is still harm. In addition, I'm saying that the gain can only be measured in the percentage or number of convictions - which is detail we don't know. Nobody is so stupid as to not know that's the most important fact. And the fact they left it out of the reports - tells us something.
