It's not that 'X-No-Archive: Yes' and 'Archive: no' headers used by
Stefan Ram are not standard. They are just very unusual. He also has
'X-No-Archive-Readme' header that indicates that he expects that Usenet
servers will interpret his headers in a way that no real world
automatic server software would do. It looks like he expects individual
treatment by human being.
