IMO, turkey bacon is odd. It's turkey that is ground, seasoned, packed
with preservatives pressed to form into slices. Sometimes smoked.
Anecdotal evidence by looking at the grocery store, some people must
like it. I suppose it is because some think it is more healthful. I
have tried it a couple of times over the years and sorry, it is not
bacon. The texture is weird, too.
