The message field where you type shows RCS when I start to message them, but it fails delivery immediately. I am forced to send again as a SMS message every time. I've tried to find a way to always force SMS message to this user but can't find one. We both looked at her phone settings but couldn't figure out how to fix it. Any suggestions?
