No, this tricycle rider understands that there are many reasons other than health care for life expectancy to be lower in the USA, drugs, crime, poor eating, and other bad habits (getting fat) being some of them. USAians eat processed food with chemicals that color, preserve, and enhance taste are in a lot of the food on grocery shelves in the USA, but not in many other countries.
