Probably not. My experience goes back to the '60s and SCCA races at Limerock. The Corvettes rules the straights but would get passed by Minis in the corners. I looked at a Stingray from that era. I had a AH Sprite rollerskate which was one of the smallest cars on the road. I found it more comfortable than the huge Stingray, although entry/exit was interesting. Corvettes have improved a lot since then but given the choice I'd go with a 911.
