A couple weeks ago I updated a 2006 Dell Latitude D420 (Core Solo, 32-bit) Debian machine to Bookworm. No particular reason, I did it just to see if it could be done. https://www.debian.org/distrib/ You used to be able to find 32-bit live USB .ISOs more easily.
