Rainy Day Woman hadn't been played since 2016, and Spirit on the Water
since 2018. But It's a Hard Rain that grabs my heart.  I'm not sure when
the last time was it was played (before the 4th that is) but it sure is
meaningful right now.
nice to see a change up.
