The Covid-19 epidemic killed more Americans per million than any other advanced industrial country lost, and Donald Trump's ignorance and excessive self-confidence were definitely part of the problem. Covid-19 immunisation levels in the USA never got above 81% and only 70% of the population got fully immunised.
