J'obtiens ce genre de courbe de puissance entre le drain et la source: https://ibb.co/zyvFxCg LTSpice indique une énergie de 2,8 mJ La même courbe dézoomée: https://ibb.co/wFTZkkqL Avec un tel MOSFET, ça devrait passer comme une lettre à la poste.
