Sure, the set of FISONs:,
  { 1}, {1, 2}, {1, 2, 3}, ... {1, 2, 3, ..., n}, ...}

Is a useful set of FISONs, and its first element is {1}

Or, are you saying your whole theory of FISONs isn't useful?
