If so, the Gtricks article says the "Add Settings shortcut widget" method does not work for newer (whatever that means) Samsung phones and you need to "Use a third-party app": "Shortcutter" [Quick Settings]. In any case, I would try the Shortcutter Quick Settings app. Not being updated in a long time, isn't neccessarily a bad thing. Good software doesn't have to be fixed/updated every other day! :-( This post is brought to you by over two *decade* old software!
