I tried the last one (libgmp_6.2.1-4_msvc17.zip) with MSVC from VS2022.
As expected, it worked both in DLL variant and as a static library.
I had tcc somwhere, but don't remeber where and don't remember if it is
on the same computer, so didn't test with it. But I would guess that
with tcc you'd have the best chance of success with either
libgmp_6.2.1-4_msvc12 or with libgmp_6.2.1-4_msvc14.
BTW, I think that tcc is doing damage to itself by refusal to support
ucrt variant of Microsoft's C RTL. IMHO, it's at most a week of work,
and will improve their product quite a lot.
