I think I need to find someone with a battery electric mower that's, say, five years old or more to see what their experience is like. In online forums I've seen complaints about full-charge range decreasing pretty quickly, and some complaints about needing batteries replaced as soon as three years. BTW, the Kia EV, OTOH, reputedly suffers less than one percent drop in range per year, according to diagnostic tests that people have run. I've not noticed any drop at all, so far.
