les USA sont les ennemis de la CPI... les USA refusent de signer la 
convention de la CPI et coopérer avec ce tribunal international.

Mais les USA ne se gênent pas pour participer au procès de Nuremberg, 
qui a appliqué des lois qui n'existaient pas à l'époque. Une justice 
pré-civilisationnelle !
