Not only does it require a team of HIGHLY-trained techs to keep 'em running right but the LIABILITY if they somehow fail ..... NOBODY in their right mind would EVER insure that ! What DOES it cost if San Diego is covered in radioactive mist ??? GOVERNMENTS can push all that aside, but NOT private entities.
