* Changes regarging tagged PDF
    - 'debug' key is removed
    - 'correct-BBox' key is renamed to 'adjust-BBox'
    - 'off' and 'tagging-setup' keys are newly introduced
    - 'actualtext' and 'text' keys do not force horizontal mode
    - text box starting with '[taggingoff]' will not be tagged

* Other changes
    - more robust 'mplibgraphictext' macro
    - hence, some examples in the documentation changed
