At least, to my taste buds. i have never considered MW as a substitute for mayo. to me they've always been distinct things for their own uses. even when i mix them together i'm aware of what taste i'm after as a result. pretty much the best thing to me is that they are consistent enough that i don't have to guess. .... songbird
