Verbal communication skills are not always in sync for doing the task
at hand.

A Good POTUS - One who listens to others' opinions before coming to a
conclusion.  One who respects the oath taken to be a POTUS.

Sadly, there are POTUSs who have their own and/or party's agenda, and
at least one who should have been "fired" by congress.
