The new version 24 of NodeJS no longer supports building with MSVC on
Windows

That article mentions ClangCL. That is some kind of front end that has
command-line options compatible with cl.exe, but runs the LLVM clang C
compiler instead.

Just another chapter in the long, slow decline of MSVC, I guess ...
