The jury could have declined to award a first prize. It could have declined to award first and second prizes. It could have decline to award any prizes. It could have promoted fewer candidates to the finals. It could have declined to promote anyone to the finals. They are all sticking their heads in the sand for commercial reasons. Case closed.
