Beatty plays an incorruptible cop who goes after flamboyant comic book villains, who all have distinctive looks that match their names. Al Pacino chews the scenery as the head bad guy and Madonna has fun as a lounge singer caught between Beatty and Pacino. The movie holds up very well. Watchmen (4K disc) 2009 movie based on the comic of the same name, directed by Zack Snyder. The movie follows a group of costumed heroes in an alternate 1980s America who while investigating the murder of one of their own uncover a plot that could spell the end of the world. This still holds up as one of Snyder's all time best movies. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdiHDzT6YbQ
