He was elected in a landslide, and would be again as far as I know,
they might be able to have an election if Russia weren't terrorizing
them and killing them.  Face it, you're just duped, and so is Ron.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
