Actually, it wasn't even due to your unnecessary snipping, it's
earlier in the quoting you left in, "can be compiled for it".  Either
way, comprehend first.

Amendment XIV
Section 1.

protection of the laws.

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
