I haven't addressed the external storage's speed, but immediate access
of internal drives is a higher grade or level.

That being said, Win11 and 10 did install pretty painlessly, on my
system.  Just one becomes aware that Linux will trump anything

Dobbs rewrites this, it is invalid precedent.  States are
liable for denying needed abortions, e.g. TX.
