"Good luck!" est une traduction fréquente de « Bon courage ! ». ("Good 
luck with that!" pourrait être ou sans nuance ou ironique - voulant dire 
vous perdez votre temps - selon le contexte et l'emphase.)

D'autres sont possibles :

     I wish you well.
     Keep it up! / Keep at it!
     (More) power to your elbow.
     You can do it!
     Keep your pecker up!
     ...

Nos cousins outre-Atlantique dirait peut-être "Hang in there!"
