Non, le s de Goldas n'est pas normalement prononcé. Ecoutez 
"Saint-Gildas-des-bois" ou "Saint-Gildas-de-Rhuys".

Pour les noms propres étrangers comme Ruy Blas, on essaie bien sûr de 
respecter autant que possible la prononciation d'origine.
